In the process of reading through older DC2 story-lines I found that collecting them into something I could read by tablet, ereader or when I'm offline proved best. As I found myself trying vaguely to neaten them up as I went, treating them as if I were assembling trade paper-backs, I realised they might by of interest to the wider DC2 community. They're good starting points for new readers, and hopefully should prove enjoyable for older readers (and writers) looking back. To that end, here's the first of my 'collected editions', a Batman story-arc that will hopefully prove informative and delightful to readers old and new. Batman - The Return[Download link, no preview.] Batman - The Return[Document on Scribd, readable but download requires membership.] Look forward to more soon, once I make them presentable.

This is awesome. Thank you Fantomas for putting the work into these, I'm downloading as I type. .... Download finished, now I'm reading it and you've done a masterful job. Thanks so much Fantomas.

I'll try and get some forewords from the DC2 higher ups for the next collected edition.
Open to recommendations as to essential reading from older members.

Since this has caught older members' attention...
Recommended story arcs? I've mostly been reading Bat-related books, but would love tips for the other titles.

nice work fantomas! I would suggest the Crisis on Two Earths story from JSA. I think it reads better as a whole than it did as individual chapters (not to say that they weren't great as indivdual issues).

I think I might just do that, Alex.
Next move is audiobook editions, right?

I think I might just do that, Alex. Next move is audiobook editions, right? So long as we can get Stephen Fry to read the audiobook. These stories deserve that kind of class. -UDC

Hot damn, that New Gods cover is BEAUTIFUL.
Wouldn't mind you working your magic on a Green Lantern collected edition, Fant! Love to see what you come up with.

I've been lax on the DC2 CLASSICS front, but maybe we could have an ePub of the books we put up there? Reminds me, any other CLASSICS recommendations?
