Very compelling issue.
Continues to prove that Detective Comics can work with detectives other than the world's greatest himself, and Gotham villain in-fighting is a really good way to tell an interesting story about them without falling into the usual patterns.
Clayface particularly is shaping up to be an interesting lead here, even over-shadowing more exciting names like Scarecrow and Riddler, so great job there.
Gotham's underworld is getting a good, grimy prominence here that really does add flavour to the pulpy kind of story you're telling.
Let's hope the next part of the story isn't delayed for quite so long this time, because I'm looking forward to it.
