Absolute madness. After the Wrestlemania weekend that was, I genuinely can't believe this.

Did you check out his appearance on Raw? The speech he gave about legend-makers, and all that, in light of his dying a day later, is particularly chilling. Just a shock, but at least there was some peace settled before he went, it would seem.
Take care Don

Yeah, man. He seemed to get everything that he was working for-- recognition, respect, admiration-- and as soon as he got yeah Legends Contract, bam, gone. Makes you wonder if he had been sick for a while or something?

Poor health does seem to be the prevailing rumor. Perhaps he knew in advance that his time was short, so he patched things up with Vince in the hope that he could ensure his legacy would be well-remembered, as opposed to what we saw in the "Self-Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior" DVD. Even if this is the case, I doubt he expected the end to come so soon.
