I wonder if that would work for me-- "Snowball me, eh?" "SOMEONE CALL THE POLICE!"
Ah, crap.

Well I know how I'd respond, Charles. Yes. Like that, Robot.

A brilliant video found on bleedingcool, and also, the rules and policies of the Byrne Robotics boards:
•Do not respond to questions specifically directed to other posters until they have responded.
•Do not phrase your questions as answers, as in "Did you do thus-and-such because…" A simple "Why did you do thus-and-such…" will suffice.
•Do not "answer" questions with variants of "I don't know".
•Do not quote entire posts in order to respond to one part of that post.
•Do not cut and paste from other sites. If you wish to quote something from another site, provide a LINK.
•Do not reference or quote Wikipedia. Any such posts will be deleted, no matter what other content they might have,
•Do not upload more than three (3) graphics per post. Have some consideration for members who are on slower connections.
•Do not start new threads without using the SEARCH function to check if an appropriate thread already exists.
•Do not post any self-promotional material.
•Do not post outside the provided areas, such as SPORTS, MOVIES, TV, etc. The main board is for general discussion, but not of subjects that have areas provided for them.
•Do not ask "Why" if your post or thread is deleted. All you need to know is there was a reason.
…and…
Please check the FAQs section before asking questions or starting new threads.
Thank You for Your Cooperation

And I'm not allowed to register at the JBF because of my anonymous email address.
Weird shit, if you'll excuse my profanity.

Wow, that is really funny. What the heck is wrong with Byrne and his disciples?

Hilarious. Somebody definitely knows their ridiculous Byrne facts. Sad. I used to really admire the guy when I was younger. He was a creative giant at one time. And then slowly his work stagnated and his public persona took over thanks to the internet and now I've lost all respect for the man. He's so far up his own ass it's not even funny.
Oh, and The Happy Show? And the puppet mentioned? I know the guy that produces that. He owns a local comic shop. I've seen the puppet in real life. That part made me laugh. ;D

Saw this years ago on TV and played it for my siblings I was babysitting today: never noticed what happens at about 49 seconds into the clip... Robin set a bit of a trend, I guess, eh? www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Gx2utlWmYkI'm confused: what happens at 49 seconds that's so trend-setting? Robin raises his arm and the elevator comes down? Other than that, this brings back memories of when I watched everything Scooby-Doo -- "The 13 Ghosts of..." series finally broke me of that addiction, thank God.

I have to be honest with you, Susan... 13 Ghosts was my favourite Scooby Doo after the original series... but then again, I have a weakness for Vincent Price, and putting the two things together... Scooby Doo and Price... God, it was amazing. Shame it didn't last as long

Vincent Price in anything was awesome. It wasn't one of the stronger follow-ups to the coolness of the original shows though.

But if everything he did turned to instant gold, than by that analogy, I'd also be able to tolerate the Brady Bunch:

Well, it can't be denied that the two-part Hawaiian Adventure was the Brady Bunch's greatest hour... I still hear the spooky idol music in my head whenever something weird is going on for real!
