Thanks, NO has a great group of characters. They are a "no respect" group of heroes. Kind of like the JLI, but cool instead of funny.

I'm loving the mock up covers you've done, and i especially your Aquaman Wonder Woman pic... You seem to have a fluctuating proportion thing going on, I mean... You can be spot on perfect, but then your pin ups are a bit balloon headed.

Very cool, Artteach! I'm guessing you drew some of these in the computer and some were scanned? Nice photoshopping there. You've gotten some really cool effects here. And of course I love to see more Aquaman art! Nice use of the mastheads and titles also. Great stuff!

House of M, When I get lazy or tired I don't pre draw a nice foundation like I should. Then I seem to draw a little balloon headed. Also there is a big difference in anything drawn before or after midnight. ;D Killer, All of mycomic stuff I do in photoshop except for once in while I will paint a quick image. Until a month ago I would scan the inked images in. I bought a tablet pc and the dc2 stuff is made totally on the computer. I am still working on the settings and trying to make the lines more natural looking. Give me sometime and I will get this digital thing figured out. Below is a painting done th old fashioned way. I based it off an AlexRoss imageof Batman looking out over Gotham. The picture is litle dark and looses the highlights in his hair and stuff.

Ha. Great pic! It looks a little like Superman is like "yuck, girls!" and Batman is "you best keep your hands off my world's finest!"

Well the thought behind Superman was," Hey Babe I'm married." Batman is right one the money. He is ready to break out the K-ring and whoop a little Super butt. Don't worry I would never be the artist on Broke back Bat cave

My wife was looking over the picture and her only comment was to say WW's cleavage look to be hanging a little low. I then punched up the picture of her from the swimming pool this summer I used as a photo refrence. She then decided they where just were they should be.

I guess I should have put in the line. In her swimming suit. It would help keep minds out of the gutter. It is a good to have a reasonably tall 5' 7" and athletic girl running around to pose. She makes a great wonderwoman.

You've got one of those fine looking wives too? To quote Charlie: 'Snap!'
Definitely Wonder Woman material there!
Does she know you're sharing images of her with a bunch of comic-book geeks?

She doesn't mind being displayed. At 35 she just likes the fact that people don't call her Mamma She was carded she other day and almost hugged the guy.
As for geeks, look at the Fortune 500. They are all geeks. As they say," The geek shall inherit the earth."

carded? what does carded mean?

Post by artteach on Feb 13, 2006 20:57:02 GMT -5
Carded is when they ask to see your I.D. they thought she was under 21. My 10year old was with her which should have tipped them off.
