Right, so my flight leaves from Heathrow tomorrow around noon, and I'll be landing... well, I'll be at JFK, so I'm just finishing packing up.
If there's some mad plan to meet up, can someone clue me in? Or drop me an email? It'll be cool to see anyone who is about, and I know I'm gonna bump into Sam and Don at some point Friday (I think?), so if Mark's about, would be cool to say hey, etc, etc, and I'm looking forward to the experience...

I really wish I coulda done this. Doubly so since a Doctor Who guest was there too.
But between London and LA earlier in the year, I am outta luck and spare cash.

I'm out too and I'm really sorry. I am hoping to get to the Mid-Ohio Con next month but that's about it.
Mark has my phone number and if you all meet up feel free to give me a ring or if someone has their computer with them we could Skype!
(I wish there was a way that we could all do a community Skype. That would be fun)

Sorry I'm missing the fun, but I really enjoy having a new house...  On the upside, my husband and I have got 2 local cons to go to this month, plus our 12th anniversary is next week, so we'll be busy enough!  |

I'm so disappointed I won't be in NYC this weekend. Hope everyone has fun and takes some pictures to share with the rest of us. Mark and I met up today after a really convoluted miscommunication, but we united under the shadow of a TARDIS, so all was well in the end. Had a good chat and I think he made fun of me. A little. No photos, but hey, the two of us were pretty much the entirety of the, erhem, "GREAT DC2 CONVOCATION", so we get to choose the rules, right? Shame we didn't get to meet with Sam and Don yesterday, but I do intend to drop Don a line before the week is through! |
