New to the boards here...really great site btw! and great topic.
personally, i think there should be a huge fight over nightwing. i mean we can have helena, babs, kory, donna, kara (her crush on him was SO funny), and like every other gal in the dcu (and dc2, not sure tho cuz i haven't read enough yet). come on!
final round: have to go with kory, kara, and possibly donna if she gets some sense knocked into her. i mean who wouldn't fall in love with dick?
however, i think babs is the gal for him. dick and kory were great in the beginning. then they kept prolonging the relationship to keep ppl interested, and now their relationship is stale. it's done. their potentital has been used up. babs and dick didn't last long enough for me to judge, but it was cute while it lasted. gotta go with babs!

Barbara!!  Barbara is just such a good person and...I dunno she seems 'right' for Dick. They both can relate about not being on Batman's 'good' side and they were once Bats so I think it should be Babs! Also, it would show huge personal strength in Dick for being able to be with Barbara and not get discourage about her legs. |

i don't mind dick and kory, but do u guys really think it will be handled right??? i mean marv wolfman made them fun and intersting, but i dont think any other writer will be able to bring the magic back and do their pairing justice. you know??? i think the relationship is done. time for him to go to babs. no! time for babs to go to him! she better catch him quick cuz ever gal has the hots for nightwing right now it seems.  |

Especially with Dick's upcoming death & all... It's been building up folks! DC is hinting that Flash is going to die and Nightwing is going to die! I don't think both will... I think it'll be one or the other & the good money's on NW kicking off. Everyone expects Flash to die. The more emotional death would be Dick, because it would, again, throw Bruce's life in the toilet & everyone knows that Batman can't have a happy family! As much as I'd hate to see it... Dick's time is running out. But boy did I cheer when I read the last page in the new Nightwing! |

if dick dies...i will be REALLY upset.
but im sure he'll come back anyway. life/death door is closed...so what?? dc will come up with something new. i mean we had one earth...so we got hypertime and elseworlds and whatever. so ill be upset if he stays dead, but im not too worried.

I love Dick, but if Dick dies I want him to stay died. I think it's just so stupid, people dying because the writers are getting bored or they just can't come up with anything else...People don't come back to life.

Wow, Last I read Dick was married to the spider chick and Babs kicked him to the curb. I want to see him with Cory so they can get to work on making a little girl. I loved Kingdom Come.
