Yeah. It seems to have gone from Kryptonite being the most heavily used plot device to the Luthors. The show has always been formulaic which is frustrating they fall back on it so often because when they get a good story going or really bring something new in the stories can be really good.
I thought it was a good episode but nothing really stood out about it. It mirrored the Aquaman show some and served to just set up the Cyborg character, but the actor for Cyborg was a lot more likeable and down to other than AC. These guest appearances by other DC characters all seem to stick out like potential spin-off shows, like Gary Seven on Star Trek: TOS.

I thought it was neat when a couple of DC characters started to show up, but now it's like the whole DCU is funneled (funnelled ?) through smallville. If you thought it was hard to believe that Clark could disguise himself with glasses and get away with it. Everyone he comes in contact with later as Supes, doesn't make the connection with the boy they met in smallville ?

Well at least Clark is not wearing glasses. In the upcoming movie there is a shot of young Clark with glasses. I can't think of any good reason why young Clark would have glasses. Just something that made me think; WTH?

maybe an inside joke. Like the time Clark pout on the glasses in smallville.

Why don't they do a Teen Titans type series. You have Cyborg and The Flash already. I know I would watch it.

Some channel should just split off and do a hero channel. All heros all the time......

Well, I was actually thinking a whole network devoted to that type of show, like cartoon network. It could show things like old pilots episode....hey....wait a minute why can't the sci-fi channel do a superhero night like showing old live action pilots and series and stuff......hmmmmm

It wouldn't be profitable to have an entire network, but to have a slot on a network, that would a steady notion...

Superhero network, it's a great idea, I just get the idea I'd become too attached to it...but it's certainly seeming more possible with recent popularity in superheroes. Think about it, with all these new movies since 2000, Smallville, and all that jazz...interesting very in-ter-rest-ing *strokes chin thoughtfully, almost menacingly*

Off subject, and a bit spoilery, I heard this rumor that Lana is gonna cheat on Clark with Lex in a quote: "Major lip-lock."

I always thought a hero (not exclusive to superhero) could work. Just look at the reruns they could cheaply pick up.
Smallville Lois and Clark Adventures of SUperman Dark Angle Alias Young Indiana Jones Hulk JLU Batman Batman TAS Superman TAS Spiderman Wonder Woman Misfits of Science Hercules Xena Andromeda B5 Flash Just off the top of my head. If they look at DVD sales, they should see a large market for action shows with strong heroes. Add in all the movies and pilots and you have a strong network.

Dark Angle sounds intriguing. Is the hero(ine) against Light Protractors?

Opps! Forgot over proper british types on board. Dark Angel
Dark Angle is the hero that always looks at things through the villians perspective. He knows the Dark Angle on everything.
