Because Geoff Johns last issue just hit the stands... I wanted to know:
What was your favourite single issue of his run?
Who is your favourite supporting character?
Who is your favourite villian?
And
What was your favourite moment?

Well, I thought this last issue was fabulous. Johns definately went out with a bang. The Rogues are actually my favorite supporting characters (I'm a sucker for Grodd).

Yeah, my shop was sold out too. I'll have to wait for reorder or try to stop by another store next weekend.

It was an amazing issue, though I don't buy Flash regularly. I have only really picked the Rogue War saga up, so this is my favourite run. My favourite supporting characters are the Rogues and maybe Linda, and my favourite villain is Zoom, Hunter Zolomon.

It was a fantastic issue... the follow up, though a stand-alone, does not bode well for the future... someone please tell me this was not the regular writer (and artist for that matter...)

Ok so I am curious on what you all thought about Flash #227. I'm not as huge a Flash fan as some of you probably but I've always loved Wally. Personally there were parts that I liked and parts that didn't wash with me. The non-wash was mostly how gullible Wally seemed at the end of this issue. What about the rest of you?

Geoff Johns is THE Flash writer for me. Everyone else just seems sub par.

Geoff Johns is THE Flash writer for me. Everyone else just seems sub par. I know what you're saying and I agree with you totally. You're first message made me laugh though so I had to say something. ;D The reason I started collecting Flash was becaus of the writing and I can see a huge difference already, so I understand where you're coming from. Peace, Brian

While Johns was a great Flash writer, I don't think we can have a conversation like this without talking about Mark Waid. Anyone else agree with me on this? That was my era for the Flash.

I just heard that the Flash is being cancelled that makes me sad. I think it will be restarted with Barry Allen as The Flash with Wally given it up to stay home with the kids. Barry will be reborn at the end of Infinite Crisis. Wally would make a great supporting character to help Barry adjust to his new world.
Mark Waid would be a great writer for this book.
In all proability I am wrong ( I usually am ) but it sounds good to me.

The Flash: the complete series on DVDAnyone planning on buying it? Funny enough, I never watched one episode of that show. Then again, I'l only seen a couple of episodes of Smallville and Lois & Clark.

It was okay. Fun to see the Flash in costume and doing Flash things, but on a whole was uneventful I thought. The highlight of the series was Mark Hamill's appearance as the Trickster!

I really hope they don't kill Wally off although there is quite a bit of supporting evidence for that theory.

S P O I L E R He's alive. Just looks like he's retiring... Ummm... Have you read Infinite Crisis #4 yet...? Plus... don't you remember how the first Flash series ended? Happily! There was a happy ending with Barry & Iris walking happily off into a 30th century sunset... with a message saying follow his exploits in the Crisis. One month later he's dead. Few months later Flash #1. This issue, same thing: You can follow Wally and family into Infinite Crisis #4 and we'll see you back here in a few months for the all-new Flash #1. I still hold out hope that it's just DC misleading us... This was a decent ending to a rather lackluster story arc though. This issue has the same

Jay is the Flash featured in the first OYL issue of the new series. It might not be permanent though.

Sweet! That looks awesome, I hope we get Wally back, but one or two issues of Jay wouldn't be a bad thing.
